Amy J. Nelson

Amy J. Nelson a fellow at the Robert Bosch Foundation in Berlin, exploring German military innovation and prospects for arms control and non-proliferation in a new geo-political landscape. She is also writing a book on modernizing arms control for the 21st century. Nelson is a Research Scholar at the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy and a Nonresident Fellow at the Stimson Center.
