Xanthe Hall

Xanthe Hall is co-director, disarmament expert and international campaigner for the German affiliate of the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW). Born in 1959 in Scotland, she worked for the UK Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, before leaving Britain in 1985 to live in Berlin. She manages the board of the German section of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN Germany) that won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2017 for their work on the Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons.
